Welcome to our new Mediterranean fusion restaurant in Amsterdam, where we are thrilled to share our passion for food and hospitality with you. Our restaurant concept has evolved over the years, starting as a traditional Italian restaurant and expanding to include sushi and other Mediterranean dishes. We believe that our diverse menu reflects the cultural melting pot of Amsterdam and creates an exclusive venue that is not to be missed.

As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted with a Mediterranean welcome feel, where you will feel right at home in an elegant outfit with an amazing cocktail in your hands. Our goal is to create a different point of view towards hospitality, where shared dining experiences and warm interactions are the norm. We want to be known for both our hospitality and our amazing food, as we believe that these two things go hand in hand.

Expanding the passion

Fikissimo is the brainchild of Giuseppe and Serena, who are also the proud owners of the highly successful Italian restaurant across the street, Fiko. Giuseppe is the mastermind behind the kitchen and menu evolution, which has made Fiko a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike.

In 2023, Giuseppe and Serena decided to expand their culinary offerings and create Fikissimo, where they could explore their passion for Mediterranean fusion cuisine. At Fikissimo, they blend the rich flavors of the Mediterranean with the time-honored traditions of Italian cooking to create a unique and unforgettable dining experience.

Giuseppe's distribution company imports and distributes the highest quality wines, olive oil, and fresh produce directly from Puglia and Sicily to delis and restaurants across Europe. With Casa Puglia, Giuseppe and Serena bring only the freshest and finest ingredients to Amsterdam, including imported burrata, olive oil, and fresh fish from Sicily, and red tuna from Spain.

The wine list at Fikissimo has been carefully curated to offer the perfect accompaniment to your meal. You can expect a selection of Puglia wines from Italy, as well as Spanish and French wines. And for those special occasions, our menu features only the best champagnes.
